You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Dasher account or a Property Partner account. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Dasher Enrollment & Onboarding
TRASHDASH Dashers are independent gig-economy workers who earn money through the Platform by completing pet waste collection Jobs. The enrollment process is designed to verify your identity, ensure safe working practices, and match you with appropriate properties.
- Download the TRASHDASH app and tap "Become a Dasher."
- Provide your legal name, date of birth, government-issued photo ID, and a current selfie for biometric matching.
- Provide a valid Social Security Number or EIN for tax purposes (required for IRS Form 1099-NEC issuance).
- Submit a valid mobile phone number that will serve as your account identifier and 2FA method.
- Consent to a background check conducted by our third-party screening partner. Violent offenses, felony convictions within the past seven years, and offenses involving minors or animals are disqualifying.

- Pass the end-of-training quiz with a score of 80% or higher. You may retake once per 24 hours.
- Acknowledge the TRASHDASH Code of Professional Conduct (appended as Exhibit A in-app).
- Dashers are responsible for supplying their own collection equipment: scooper or grabber tool, certified biohazard waste bags, disposable gloves, and a sealed transport container or bag caddy.
- TRASHDASH may offer a Starter Kit for purchase in-app. Use of the Starter Kit is not mandatory but is recommended for compliance with collection standards.
- Dashers must register the license plate of any vehicle used to transport collected waste.
- Link a valid U.S. bank account via our payment processor for direct deposit of earnings. TRASHDASH does not issue paper checks.
- Alternatively, a supported debit card may be linked for instant payout (Instant Payout fees may apply — see Section 7).
- Dashers agree to receive tax documents electronically.
- Once approved, select your preferred Dasher Zones from the app map. You may select up to five ZIP codes at account creation.
- Your account will be activated within 24–72 hours of background check clearance.
- You will receive an in-app notification and email confirming activation. Jobs become available immediately upon activation.
